Jade holds a Law Degree from the Lebanese University (Filière Francophone de Droit) where he graduated with honors. He further holds a master in Management from HEC Paris (Grande Ecole), a Master of Law in Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution – University of Paris II and Master of Law in International Private Law and International Trade Law – Paris II School of Law.
Jade Kobeissi joined Kobeissi & Frangié in 2013, where he focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions, Venture Capital, Project Financing, and Arbitration. He advises local and international corporations as well as investment funds on their investments in Lebanon and GCC countries, in addition to the wider MENA region.
Jade was involved in the setup of universities and school in the MENA region and negotiations of partnership/license/franchise agreements with world recognized universities and schools.
Prior to joining Kobeissi & Frangié, he worked at the Gide Loyrette Nouel offices in Casablanca and Paris (M&A department) for three years and in KABLS Avocats (Paris office) for three years.
Jade is admitted to the Beirut and Paris Bars. He is a member of the admission jury of HEC.
