CS understands the connection between mental health and well-being and student achievement which supports every student’s academic and personal success, therefore CS’s emphasizes on creating a supportive, happy and fun environment for students to learn and teachers to teach.

Engage students in relevant and challenging learning opportunities to enhance their academic, personal, and social/cultural growth.
Offer all students a range of learning programs to help them discover their passions and potentials

Be a leader in the use of technology to encourage creative and innovative learning
Encourage students’ involvement in physical activity to enable all students to enhance their quality of life through active living.
